How to remove negative vibrations
Is it your own thoughts that hinder your goals, destroy your mindset, or avoid your success… Negative Remorse, sadness, stress, frustration, sadness, anxiety, fear and doubt are some examples for negative vibrations. In law of attraction, those negative vibrations are very bad and it is a cause to avoid attract what you are wishing to have.
If you are a person who focuses on your negative thoughts, how do you focus on your goals or achieve success?

The vice versa of this is the same.

“Whatever you focus on, it gets to you.”
That is the primary theory of Law of Attraction. It is the universal truth. So, no one can avoid that.
How to remove negative vibrations
How to change your negative thinking pattern into a positive thinking pattern and achieve goals.
I offer you 3 methods for remove negative vibrations. There are many more ways to remove negativity but those methods that I suggest are the easiest and most effective ways to remove negative vibrations and gain positivity.
First method: Deep breathing exercise
Firstly, sit in a comfortable position (this can be done while standing). Spine – Straight. Close your eyes.
- Take a deep breath for 4 seconds.
- Hold it for 4 seconds.
- Exhale slowly for 4 seconds.
What to focus on during exercise?
Think as this way while you hold your breath… “I inhale positive energy. That positive energy spreads from cell to cell and vein to vein in my body…”
Think of it this way as you exhale… “I remove negative vibrations that is within me. I remove doubt, sadness, negative feelings, bad things and all of my stress. Now I am a positive person free from negative energy…”
Take at least 10 deep breaths like this. At the end of the process you will feel great mental healing and relaxation. You can select any time of the day and practice deep breathing at any number of times.
The second method:
When you bathe, wash your body or wash your face, there is a flow of dirty water that leaves your body.
Think like this at those times…
“I remove negative vibrations of me… It removes doubt, sadness, negative feelings, bad things and all of my stress… Now I am a positive person who free from negative vibrations…”
Think about it at least three times in each case, whether you bathe or wash your face.
Third method
Normally, you clean the house at least twice a day. When you clean the house, garbage is thrown away. Also, you wash dirty clothes at least once a day and cleaning dishes and cups in the home kitchen.
Think like this at those times…
“I remove negative vibrations in me like this …” Think like this at least three times when you are engaging with those cleaning processes.

Here are these 03 words to remove from your life.
- Hope
- Want
- But
remove the word of ‘Hope’
If you have hopes, your goals have not been achieved yet. It means the expectations are increasing. Emotions block your Positive Vibrations, in other word, it increases negative energy. It will be a cause to getting late what you visualize.
So, replace the word ‘hope’ with the word ‘this already happened’.
There is a fulfillment, there is certainty that what has been accomplished is beyond expectation. Visualization is as it happens.
remove the word of ‘Want’
The next worst word is ‘want’. If you always think as “I want this, I need this, I want to be like this” … It is totally wrong.
Instead of saying ‘want’, try to say ‘have’
There is always a satisfaction, the satisfaction of that the purpose has already been achieved.
As examples: think like ‘I have a BMW car’, ‘I have a beautiful lover’…. Etc.
No, cannot are negative words. Work as it has already. Just get used to it. Then the barriers of the mind will break down.
remove the word of ‘But’
Look, it says that it is not sure… it’s totally not good for law of attraction. You cannot remove negative vibrations if you use the word of ‘but’.
It’s blocking your manifesting. It blocks your positive mindset. You cannot go ahead with those negative feelings. Because don’t use ‘but’ while manifesting.
If you look at the problems, it seems to be the problem.
If you look at the answers, you will see the answers.
Do not block the manifestation. You are the one who block yourself. So, you are the only one who can break the lock. There is a shock in all these words, that there are no negative vibrations. If you can go to a mindset that has positive vibration, you are in a great place. Then you can manifest massive things and the universe will get you what you visualize.
